Kawat uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to help organize games and keep the community safe. Kawat's AI host is Tati. This policy explains what Tati does and what you should know when using it.
1. What Tati does
- Chat safety: checks messages in game chats, team chats and private messages, and usernames, court names and notes, for insults, threats, scams, betting (pustahan) and other rule breaking;
- Answers: answers your questions about Kawat, games, courts and rules;
- Build a game: turns a request in plain words into a challenge draft that you check before posting;
- Matchmaking: suggests games and teams that fit you (division, gender, distance, similar rating);
- Settle an argument: gives a neutral view on a disagreement in a game, based on the game details and chat;
- Results: reads scoreboard photos to record a result for the captains to confirm;
- Game Nights: balances teams by rating and height, and posts updates;
- Courts: checks court updates sent by players before the Kawat team applies them;
- Recaps and reminders: writes short game recaps and reminders.
Some Tati features use credits; the price is shown before you use them. Chat safety, reminders and recaps are free.
2. Suggestions are only suggestions
When Tati suggests a game, team or court, it does not guarantee that players are at the same level, that people will get along or show up, or that a game suits you. You decide whether to take part.
3. AI can be wrong
AI answers, drafts, summaries, results read from photos and other outputs can contain mistakes. Check important details (date, time, court, fees, score) yourself. A result read by Tati must still be confirmed by the captains, and a "settle" answer is advice, not a binding decision.
4. Moderation and human review
Tati may hide a message that breaks the chat rules, block it from being posted, or mute a user who repeatedly breaks the rules for a period of time. Automated checks can make mistakes. Hidden messages and mutes can be reviewed by the Kawat team; contact info@queaytech.com if you think Tati got it wrong. Serious actions such as suspending an account are decided by the Kawat team.
5. Your information and AI
Tati is powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. To answer or check something, Kawat sends Anthropic only what the feature needs, for example the message being checked, your question, the game details and recent messages from that chat, or a scoreboard photo. Processing follows the Kawat Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act, based on the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality.
6. AI training
Kawat does not use your personal information to train AI models. If Kawat ever wants to use personal information for a new purpose, we will first check the privacy requirements and tell you before doing so.
7. Using Tati responsibly
Do not use Tati or other AI features to harass or threaten anyone, create discriminatory or illegal content, impersonate someone, commit fraud, arrange bets, manipulate games, results, statistics or tournaments, get around Kawat's security, or abuse the service.
8. Changes
Kawat may improve, change or remove AI features as technology, safety practices and laws develop.
