Kawat is an 18+ basketball community. Some Kawat LIVE pages can be seen without an account.
1. Kawat accounts are 18+
You must be at least 18 years old to create or keep any Kawat account, including a watch-only (viewer) account. The 18+ rule covers every account feature, including: joining or posting games, player profiles, teams, messages and chats, Tati, tournaments and Game Nights, Swipe, credits, watching and streaming on Kawat LIVE, and leaderboards.
2. Age check
Player accounts must give their age when signing up, and anyone under 18 cannot register. When creating a viewer account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Kawat may ask for more proof of age where reasonably needed, for example before releasing a prize.
3. False age information
Do not give a false age, create an account for someone under 18, let someone under 18 use your account, or try to get around the age requirement. Your age also sets your age division, so it must be correct.
4. Accounts of people under 18
Kawat does not knowingly allow people under 18 to have accounts. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete the related personal information.
5. What can be seen without an account
The Kawat LIVE page, with the list of live, upcoming and past games, can be viewed without an account. Watching a stream requires a Kawat account and credits. Shared results and winning cards may also be posted publicly by players. Because some pages are public, Kawat cannot confirm the age of everyone who views them. Public pages do not make anyone under 18 eligible for an account.
6. Interactive features
Live chat, messages, reactions, following, game participation, tournament registration and other community features are only for users with a Kawat account.
7. Players
Everyone who plays in a game or event organized through Kawat must meet Kawat's eligibility rules, including the 18+ rule. Organizers must not add players under 18 to a Kawat game or roster.
8. Recording and broadcasts
Games may be streamed live, recorded, replayed, turned into highlights, shown on Kawat, or shared on other platforms. Players understand that their image, voice and gameplay may appear in this material. Streamers must not show anyone who asks not to be shown, and must avoid showing minors who may be at the venue.
9. Other platforms
If Kawat content is shared on video or social-media platforms, those platforms have their own age rules, terms, privacy policies and moderation.
10. Safety and moderation
Kawat may restrict, remove, delay or end a broadcast or feature when needed for safety, privacy, security, legal compliance, technical reasons, or to enforce the Kawat Community Guidelines.
11. Changes
Kawat may update its age-check and broadcast practices as its services, technology and the law develop.
